iPECS Global Partner Conference 2025 – Phnom Penh Cambodia

Last week, Cytrack had the privilege of attending the iPECS Global Partner Conference 2025 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This annual event brings together Ericsson-LG’s global distributor community, along with the top-performing resellers of the year, under this year’s theme: “Powerful Partnerships Together.”

The conference concluded with a spectacular Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony, celebrating the outstanding achievements of iPECS partners. It was an evening of recognition, connection, and celebration—honouring excellence and strengthening the partnerships that drive success. We were especially delighted to see so many of our valued partners recognised with prestigious awards.

Cytrack has proudly partnered with Ericsson-LG for over 15 years, with our solutions distributed and branded under the iPECS logo as CCX in over 20 countries. Now, we’re expanding this collaboration by bringing our cloud and SaaS solutions—including CCaaS, reporting, and voice recording—directly to the ELG distributor community.

At the event we were thrilled to formally announce the launch of our latest AI-powered Omni-Channel Contact Centre solution natively integrated with iPECS Cloud. Initially launched in Australia, this cutting-edge solution is now rolling out to new markets globally, starting with Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and South Africa in the coming months.

The event was an incredible opportunity for insightful discussions, visionary ideas, and meaningful collaborations, paving the way for exciting innovations in customer experience. Our Managing Director, Nick, was honoured to participate in a panel discussion on how AI and technology are transforming customer interactions—enhancing efficiency, engagement, and business outcomes.
